Greetings ADSA members,

If you did not submit a paper for the student presentations….no worries. The ADSA will open the Sunday Research Forums for early-stage research discussions. Interested members can submit a “Bill Kinney” 3-paragraph write-up to Dr. Nerissa Brown for inclusion in the Research Forum. The Research Forum will allow participants to get some initial feedback on an idea.

Please send your Kinney three paragraphs to Dr. Nerissa Brown at ncbrown@udel.edu by Wednesday, July 1, 2015.

Hi ADSA Members,
This is a final reminder about the first deadline for research paper and abstract/proposal submissions. The first deadline is today.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice your presentation skills so we encourage you to plan on having a current working paper or research abstract/proposal ready to present at this year’s conference. First or second year paper requirements, co- or solo-authored working papers, research abstracts, and research proposals are all welcome submissions.

Research Submission Deadlines

There are two deadline dates for research submissions:

  • April 15th – Submit a completed working paper or a research abstract/proposal
  • May 15th –  Deadline for submitting a completed working paper based on the research abstract/proposal submitted on April 15th

Please send all submissions to Dr. Nerissa Brown at ncbrown@udel.edu.

Volunteer Opportunities

If you would like to serve as a discussant, we are currently accepting those requests. Please indicate your preferred research topic(s) and methodologies so that we can properly match you with papers that complement your interests and send to Porschia Nkansa at porschiatq@gmail.com.

We look forward to receiving your submissions and seeing you in Chicago in August!
